As you may have noticed, I'm kinda getting back into doing renders of my old style. Mostly because I don't have the hardware to render really very complicated images like I have recently. So, there will be a lot of cubes and basic shapes until the new computer That Has No Name
exists. Yes, I am rendering them on a really crappy Celeron laptop with 128mb ram for now, but having a crappy computer is a very bad excuse not to create good artwork. I may not be able to do some really advanced lighting and other effects, but I can still make artwork that is pleasing to the eye.
It is called Classic Love because it's in my old classic rendering style, and it's sort of like a heart shaped locket.
I had a different version that I was working on that was more technicaly correct, but ^delya
suggested I submit the more yellower toned one, and this is it. She's right, the other one was way too bland. She's a lot better with colors than I am
Maya 8, Mental Ray
I would give Technical Details but it takes ten years to load Maya on this thing and getting viewport screenshots etc is going to be a real pain and not worth the effort. Wait till I got the new system.
