mental ray is so freaking awesome!! it renders glass extremely well. i love it. the colors are a nice touch too. cubes never get tiring. lol. keep it up
o_o thats a render!?!?!
before i read the coments i would have sworn it was a photo. in fact i was going to ask you how you got those cubes to stay at that angle...
As always, great stuff . And ya know, those statistics are really useful/interesting. If you wouldn't mind putting them up more often, I'd be happy . It looks like there are two numbers after every info; what's the second one? Cause I don't think there can be .70 of a ray

i knew that would look confusing, but dA doesnt seem to keep the proper spacing after i submitted. the second number is supposed to be under the "per eye rays" and the first number is under "number" and the first part is under "type"
i plan to put the statistics up from now on. I had the idea that renderers should edit the EXIF info when they write the image so it can give info like this like it does to camera photos, but i doubt anyone would do that.

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
